Cancellations, changes and refunds
Tickets purchased through Orava Castle are generally non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable, in accordance with the policies of the attractions. Because our concierge service is delivered immediately upon confirmation of your order, the service fee is likewise non-refundable once a booking has been made.
How our service works
Orava Castle is operated by anorweb, an independent concierge service that assists visitors with museum and attraction bookings. When you use our service, we act as a facilitator to help you purchase tickets directly from the official providers. Tickets are purchased in your name and on your behalf, ensuring authenticity and compliance with the official terms and conditions set by each attraction. We do not resell tickets; our fee covers sourcing tickets from official providers, verifying availability and validity, and securely delivering your confirmed tickets, along with customer support before and after your purchase.
Before your visit
Most attractions have specific entry times and last-admission rules. Please arrive shortly before your scheduled visit time, keep a valid ticket with you for entry, and check each attraction’s guidelines in advance — some restrict certain personal items such as large bags or umbrellas.
Chargebacks
By initiating a chargeback, the customer acknowledges that the dispute will be reviewed under the formal procedures of the card network and issuing bank. As our concierge service is delivered immediately upon confirmation, disputes may be contested with full supporting evidence. A chargeback does not constitute a cancellation request and does not guarantee reimbursement.
Buying directly
Visitors who prefer to purchase tickets independently may do so directly through the official websites of the attractions. Where available, we provide access to official sources. Purchases made directly with the attraction managers do not include concierge service fees.
